No promises

I have been blogging infrequently of late. I will make no sturdy promises to immediately change this. However, my tour is nearing its end and I will be able to spend more time doing things other than driving.
Thats pretty much my life as a comic, driving, driving, checking into hotels/motels, driving, finding food, and once in a while making people laugh. I wish there was more shows and less driving, huh santa? How bout that under my christamas tree?
OK, so it's been three weeks since my name has been spelled correctly on any sign I have seen. And I miss my bed. I have not met a single girl the entire time I've been travelling(I split up with the one I was kinda seeing in Van.)
Again I can't decifer the feminine character, I never seem to be able to make anything happen on the road, I am a nerd, a dork, a geek or what have you, but I don't have any real charisma it seems to connect with any girls after my shows...
I am eating way to much pizza as well, I gotta have put on like 8 pounds, and of course my brain is telling me thats why I can't meet anyone cause I'm fat, but I don't think I am, but I very well might be...
The thing about fat is noone will ever tell you, you need to decode it yourself from others hesitations, and their overselling of the fact you look good. I have been told too much I look good, so I am thinking I must be a porker right now.

My first snowfall of the year hit this morning, it's not too bad but boy its winter. I'm in Grande Prarie Alberta, Where? Excactly. Way up north in as my compatriot calls it Saudie Alberta, the oil rich north...
Boy are they going through a big boom, construction is everywhere, and help wanted signs are cluttering all the signs as you drive into town. Apparently there is no housing at all though so if you find a job you need to drive from another town to work here.
I was in fairview a few days ago, that was pretty bad. They yelled all through the show, it was like the town was lonely and just wanted someone from the outside world to talk to... kinda sad really.

Also I finished listening to all the Harry Potter books and man do I hate Snape... I though the movie sucked though. Did anyone else? Also all those kids are getting really ugly... boy do british people have bad luck when it comes to looks huh?
