Blogging. I must to keep up with the jones's blog. It seems that this cultural superhighway has been built, and I continue to choose quiet personal avenues of self expression.
But having lived in Hollywood now for a number of years I recognize the rust that has set in on all my classic virtues. Like Humility. I really have no place for it. It is a "supposed virtue", but really who values it?
If you are humble people will believe you are humble, and nobody talks about how much fun we had with that wicked humble guy last night. The problem with this tsunami of self promotion that has destroyed the need for humility, is much like the internet we are constantly bombarded with people letting us know how incredibly special they are, only to find out that they aren't, but nothing is done about it because if we point out someone else isn't as special or talented as they say they are, then they might say it about us.
And that would be ridiculous, because let me tell you world! I am talented! I am Hot! I am not sure if I'm Lying!
I still haven't decided if this blog is to be used for good or evil. Mind you there are strong Zoroastrian ideals to support both options, but not being Zoroastrian(they are a very clique lot) I will make my decisions based on a holy value, my whims...
